YSD LaserONE
YSD LaserONE is a cost-effective solution to bring laser cutting machine in house. Machine is designed, engineered, manufactured and service by LVD.

Machine as standard is equipped with 200mm focusing lens cutting head with crash protection and auto focus, exhaust table with three scrap bins, automatic gas selection (oxygen and Nitrogen), automatic pressure control with servo valve, LVD 15” TOUCH-L user interface, safety guard / enclosure. Possible fiber laser source 3kW or 6kW.
The design of shuttle table of YSD LaserONE is the same as previously used on AXEL LVD lasers – without hydraulics to lift the tables. The first table drives in and out on one level. The second table moves by means of a slope over the first table and back down. Table changes takes about 30 second.
Options
MOVit Load-Assist automation (LA) offers two systems to increase laser cutting productivity:
- LA Load automatically transfers unprocessed sheets quickly and efficiently to the cutting machine shuttle table.
- LA Load / Unload automatically loads material and, during unmanned production, unloads cut sheets to an unloading station or a conveyor.
For YSD LaserONE lasers there could be only LA Load installed.
