CIDAN RAPIDO
Guillotine RAPIDO is fast reliable shearing machine. Depends on sheets length there are guillotines with different working lengths available: 1300 mm / 2600 mm / 3200 mm / 4100 mm. Machine can do up to 35 cuts per minute. The drive system with eccentrics, pulldown rods, and hold down system which can be positioned as close as 2.5 cm from the knives allow for easy and expedient trimming of narrow strips. RAPIDO guillotine shear is equipped with squaring arms on both sides and the LED cutting line light.
The RAPIDO shear is equipped with the CUTLINK control system. CUTLINK is the easy-to-use, fast and precise control system that makes sheet metal processing easy by scheduling and controlling every step and function in the production process. With the motorized back gauge placed directly on the stop arm there is low noise output, and the upper side of the guillotine is kept free. The program allows to write up to 10 operations with different measurements and quantities. As standard machine has 750 mm depth back gauge, but it is possible to choose 1000 mm back gauge as option.
The rear sheet support is pneumatically operated for maximum control. This allows to adjust the speed of the sheet support based on the material type. It is an advantage when working with large pieces or sensitive material such as zinc or copper. After the cut, the sheet support will drop the material to a return plate in front (return to sender). As option sheet return of guillotine could be changed to return to rear.
Options
SSM is a fast and accurate positioning system. Thanks to the high speed of the sheet support, the cut-offs fall and are stacked in an orderly pile on a movable wagon. The SSM is available in 750 mm or 1000 mm and is controlled by the CUTLINK control system. Perfect option when cutting a lot of soft or scratch-sensitive material. RAPIDO with SSM is equipped as standard with pneumatic hold down beam.
This option means that cut off material delivers on rails with rolls to the rear of the machine. The back gauge is 800 mm and is equipped with fixed return plate, where cut off material shorter than 180 mm will be delivered to the front of the machine (return to sender).

The depth of back gauge – 1000 mm. Back gauge length depends on guillotine shear working length. Working principles are the same as in 750 mm back gauge.
